Update on new policies for partnership models

Dear Nami community,


In order to provide more convenience for our current partners and users registering to become partners, Nami Exchange updates the policies for the two partnership models: Affiliate partner and Community partner, effective from 2025-03-17 08:00 (UTC). The updates are as follows:

  • Update on registration conditions for Affiliate partners
  • Update on monthly maintenance conditions for Affiliate partners
  • Update on commission policy for two different partnership models.

Below is the detailed information on these updates.


1.Update on registration conditions for Affiliate partners

To encourage users to register for the affiliate partnership model and enhance their experience, Nami will reduce the follower conditions and shorten the approval time. Specifically, partners must meet at least one of the following three conditions to join the Affiliate partner program:

  • Become a community partner with an official rank or higher.
  • Own a community with at least 100 followers on social media platforms.
  • Achieve a trading volume of 200,000 USDT in NAO Futures trading or 20,000 USDT in Spot trading within the last 30 days.

Note: Approval time is maximum 24 hours from registration.


2.Update on monthly maintenance conditions for Affiliate partners

Instead of meeting three conditions as before, Affiliate partners only need to meet one of the following two criteria to maintain their partner status and earn commission from the program:

  • Achieve a trading volume equivalent to 500,000 USDT in NAO Futures trading or 50,000 USDT in Spot trading.Note: This trading volume refers to the total trading volume of users directly under the Affiliate partner’s system and does not include the partner’s own trading volume.
  • Acquire at least 20 new users who engage in Spot or NAO Futures trading.Note: New users must register using the affiliate partner's referral code, complete KYC verification, and at least 01 Spot trading or NAO Futures trading.

3.Update on commission policy for two different partnership models (Cross-partner)

To enhance partner benefits, Nami has updated its commission structure, allowing partners to earn more from different partnership models. Specifically:

Partners will now still receive commissions if their direct referrals register under a different partner model (cross-partner model*). They will earn 20% of the commission income generated by their cross-partner referrals.

Additionally, The trading volume of a cross-partner’s subordinates will be included in the total trading volume of the upper-level partner's system.


*Cross-partner refers to a partner whose direct downline is enrolled in a different partner model than their own. For example, if A is a Community Partner model and introduces user B, who later joins the Affiliate Partner model. In this case, B is considered a cross-partner of A.


Example of Cross-partner commission calculation:

A is a Community Partner has 20 directly referred users generating a total trading fee of 3,000 USDT. who were directly referred by Partner A, successfully registered as Affiliate Partners, earning commissions of 2,000 USDT and 1,000 USDT, respectively.

Thus, the total commission Partner A receives for the month is calculated as follows:

25% * 3,000 + 20% * (2,000 + 1,000) = 1,350 USDT.


Partners can track their commissions via the commission report:

  • For Community Partners, access the Community Partner Commission report to view detailed statistics on Cross-partner commissions.


  • For Affiliate Partners, access the Affiliate Partner commission report to view detailed statistics on Cross-partner commissions.


Important Notice:

  • All users need to complete KYC verification to be eligible to register for the Affiliate Partnership and Community Partner Program.
  • Trading volume is converted to USDT or VNST equivalent value. Futures volume includes Nami Futures and NAO Futures, Spot volume includes both Spot and Swap trading volume.
